The Annual Church Business Meeting is about more than just transparancy with our finances, time and resources - we want to give God the glory for what He has done in Oglala in the past year, and how He has provided for our every need. It was good to have many from our Church Family stay for the meeting and meal with us.

Well it seems that snow is not going to come to South Dakota this year... So some our winter give-away clothes found new use with the girls during open gym time last week! :-)

The old year ended with rain and cloudy skies, but New Year`s Morning 2012 dawned in fresh sunshine! We had a great time with our teenagers (altogether more than 80 people in attendance for the Lock-In!) and enjoyed the many fun activities that made the night fly by.

What an awesome day we had! About 300 friends and guests from the community showed up to celebrate with us the birth of our wonderful Lord and Savior jesus Christ. More pictures on our Ministries / Church Family page.

We celebrated God's faithfulness and provision as we (re)dedicated our buildings and lives into His kingdom ministry.

Once again, our summer mission teams from all over the US blessed us with their tireless effort, muscle power, and generosity. Thanks to everybody who helped put on the new steel roof, build bunkbeds, break through the sanctuary wall, and remodel the stage area. We truly enjoy the benefit of their work! What an awesome place this old "Rec" is becoming!!!
